Teatru Astra in Opera Now magazine

The August-September edition of the renowned magazine Opera Now features prominently, on its first pages, a full-colour page advert of Teatru Astra's forthcoming opera: Norma, which will be staged on 27 and 29 October 2011.  The advert includes reference to the 10th edition of Festival Mediterranea which kick starts with Vincenzo Bellini's opera.  Festival Mediterranea has managed to become a fixed appointment for many local and foreign culture-lovers with the festival exposing that which makes us unique – be it history, culture and lifestyle.   

This marketing initiative, which is supported  by the Ministry for Gozo's Eco-Gozo project, is part of a campaign aimed at marketing Teatru Astra's opera and festival abroad.  Opera Now is printed in the UK and published by Rhibnegold Publishing Limited.  The front page of the summer edition of the magazine features tenor Jonas Kaufmann.
