Booking policy

• Attendance at events at Teatru Astra shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Refunds for performance tickets are payable only for tickets returned at least 30 days prior to the performance. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable. An administration fee of €5 per ticket will be charged for each refund request.
• An administration fee of €5 per ticket will be charged for each ticket change request, including requests to change from one performance to another.
• Tickets are sold subject to the theatre management's right to make alterations to the advertised programme or cast.
• If a performance has to be interrupted, no refunds will be made.
• Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable interval.
• Photography, video recording, and sound recording of any kind are strictly prohibited. Patrons in breach of this condition will be asked to leave immediately.
• Patrons are requested to switch off mobile phones, watch alarms, and any other electronic equipment before entering the auditorium.
• No food or drink is allowed inside the theatre. The theatre has a strict no-smoking policy applicable to all areas of the venue.
• The theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission or require patrons to leave the theatre if any of the above conditions are breached.
• Wheelchair users or patrons with reduced mobility are kindly requested to inform the theatre in advance.
• Tickets must be retained until the end of the performance.
• Patrons should take note of all health and safety announcements made by the theatre and signage within the theatre complex.
• Children must be accompanied by adults, at all times whilst in the theatre.
• In cases of force majeure, the theatre reserves the right to cancel the production.
